A CV that meets each country’s norms
German Lebenslauf, UK CV without a photo, Swiss, Luxembourg or Canadian norms: each student adapts their CV to the language and conventions of the target country, with a compliance checklist.
Application tracking
Students log their internship, V.I.E or first-job applications; the Chrome extension records them automatically on the main job sites. Reminders prompt them to update their outcomes.
A dashboard for the careers service

The dashboard only exists because students choose to share. Everything else follows from that.

Frequently asked questions
What does the careers service see about each student?
Only the applications of students who opted in to sharing: company, role, country, contract type and status. Never CVs, cover letters or job ad texts. Aggregated statistics hide groups of fewer than 5 students.
What do students get with the school licence?
Country-localized CV drafts (format, language and local conventions), an application tracker with a Chrome extension, and reminders to keep their outcomes up to date. Drafts need a final human review; no interview or ATS outcome is guaranteed.
We already use JobTeaser. Does TopCV overlap with it?
No. TopCV is the international layer beside your careers platform: it does not publish job offers and does not replace JobTeaser (or Handshake, Symplicity, and similar tools). Students keep finding internships and jobs there. TopCV comes in next, when they apply abroad — including on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor or Welcome to the Jungle, which your careers platform does not see. It adapts their CV to the target country, tracks those applications, and gives the school a country-by-country mobility view.
